BARTEC imzas\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan bu yeni nesil cihaz ailesi, TS 35 DIN ray\u0131 montaj\u0131na uygun snap-on g\u00f6vde tasar\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde kontrol kabinlerindeki montaj alan\u0131ndan y\u00fcksek oranda tasarruf sa\u011flar. Geli\u015fmi\u015f donan\u0131msal altyap\u0131; \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcndeki sens\u00f6r kopmalar\u0131n\u0131, k\u0131sa devre hatlar\u0131n\u0131, limit alt\u0131 (under-range) ve limit \u00fcst\u00fc (over-range) sapmalar\u0131 milisaniyeler i\u00e7inde tespit ederek sistemin duru\u015f kalk\u0131\u015f kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131r. D\u00fcnya genelindeki t\u00fcm \u015febeke standartlar\u0131na (AC 100 V &#8211; AC 240 V) uyum g\u00f6steren universal g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 entegrasyonu, ek bir adapt\u00f6r maliyetini ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131rken; \u00e7ok kademeli \u015fifre y\u00f6netim mekanizmas\u0131 yetkisiz personelin parametrelere m\u00fcdahale etmesini kesin olarak engeller.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"4\">DPC III Standard ve Monitor Varyantlar\u0131 ile Kararl\u0131 PID Y\u00f6netimi<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">S\u0131cakl\u0131k kontrol\u00f6r\u00fc projelerinde esnek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunan DPC III Standard ve DPC III Monitor modelleri, proses hatlar\u0131n\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re iki konumlu ON\/OFF kontrol veya hassas PID reg\u00fclasyon modunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilmektedir. Tek bir buton dokunu\u015fuyla aktif hale gelen ak\u0131ll\u0131 ototuning fonksiyonu, ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu \u0131s\u0131tma hatt\u0131n\u0131n termal reaksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 otomatik analiz ederek en kararl\u0131 PID katsay\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kendi kendine hesaplar. Giri\u015f seviyesi projeler i\u00e7in tasarlanan DPC III Standard varyant\u0131 iki adet ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z r\u00f6le \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla temel kontrol ve alarm sinyalizasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. Serinin otomasyon odakl\u0131 modeli olan DPC III Monitor ise, optik izoleli RS485 portu \u00fczerinden Modbus RTU protokol\u00fcn\u00fc destekleyerek 1200 ile 38400 baud iletim h\u0131zlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda PLC ve SCADA a\u011flar\u0131na kay\u0131ps\u0131z veri aktar\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir.
